Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By booking an inspection slot, dropping off a vehicle, or authorizing Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, or detailing services with Signature Auto Care, you agree to studio inspection protocols, estimated turnaround timelines, and delivery procedures.
2. Pre-Service Inspection Protocol
Every vehicle admitted into our climate-controlled detailing bay undergoes an ultrasonic paint depth inspection, surface defect mapping, and glass evaluation before any abrasive correction or film application begins. Pre-existing stone chips, deep scratches, rust, and re-spray panels are formally logged and shared with the owner.
3. Warranty Coverage & Studio Certification
Warranty terms (ranging from 5 to 10 years on self-healing TPU PPF and multi-year ceramic coatings) apply strictly in accordance with the official warranty certificate issued at handover. Warranty validity is conditioned upon adherence to recommended pH-neutral wash practices and prescribed annual studio inspections.
4. Bay Custody & Delivery Procedures
Vehicles under our custody are kept in our secured, climate-controlled studio premises. Clients are kindly requested to collect their vehicle within the agreed delivery window following completion notification.
5. Payment Terms & Studio Consultations
Work scope and package pricing are established before commencement. Any additional paint correction stages requested by the vehicle owner during the build will receive prior approval before execution.
